Nicklas Grossman

It is no real surprise to Dallas Stars fans that neither star center Brad Richards nor defenseman Nicklas Grossman will be taking part in tonight's game against the Anaheim Ducks at the Honda Center.

According to the Dallas Stars' official Twitter page, the Stars have re-signed 25-year-old defenseman Nicklas Grossman to a two-year contract worth $3.25M.

Grossman is a solid stay-at-home defenseman who does his job. Don't expect him to score much as he likes to stick to the defensive side of the game.
