New York Rangers Continue Their Philadelphia Woes

The New York Rangers were in Philadelphia for the first time since last year's devastating shootout loss to end the season. Unfortunately, the Rangers left town with the same result.

Philadelphia Flyers Forward Blair Betts Interview: The Blair Betts Project

Philadelphia Flyers' forward Blair Betts is a blue collar player who doesn’t mind doing the dirty work.  He spends most of his time on the ice killing penalties, but has no qualms about it.  He is appreciative of his success and is always modest.  It was a pleasure to talk to this hard worker and it’s an even bigger pleasure to have him represent the orange and black.  Enjoy my conversation with Blair Betts!

Philadelphia Flyers Need To Play More Disciplined; Chris Pronger To Play Tonight

The Broad Street Bullies. The moniker elicits varied reactions across the hockey world. In some it brings out fear, in others, unconditional hatred. In the surrounding Philadelphia area, it has always been a sense of pride, a badge of honor.

Toilets flushing, Jeff screaming and horns blaring...welcome to my world.

I was soaked, psyched, and full of trivia and gave voters some tidbits to chuckle about.

That is the power of a winning Philly team.

Flyers' Game One a Shutout and a Thing of Beauty

I watched an entire game with confidence last night - wow!  First time this season there were no nerves, no flipping channels and walking away not to jinx a close game.  The Flyers were awesome.  I previously stated that rest between series might stop the team's adrenaline from pumping and seems the Flyers agree with me.  "I think with having just 1 day off in between series was good for us," said Blair Betts. "It really didn't give us a chance to sit back and dwell on what happened last series. We just put it behind us.
